Sur 2601 admissions, chez 113 enfants atteints de la maladie de Bouillaud, hospitalises en cinq ans dans deux services de pediatrie de Teheran (C.H.U. de Pahlavi, C.H.U. de Logmandoleh Adham) 6 cas de manifestations cutanees (trois cas de nodules, trois cas d'erytheme marginatum) ont ete constates, trois d'entre eux souffrant d'une cardite severe et evolutive.
